Types of therapy Allison offers
ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)
ART targets unresolved emotions and experiences which are stored differently and allows the brain to safely and effectively relieve distressing body sensations and restore images of past experiences properly to reduce distress.
CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia)
CBT-I is a structured that helps retrain your brain and body to sleep better. It is the recommended first line treatment for chronic insomnia, focusing on changing the thoughts and habits that prevent you from sleeping.
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
ACT is an action oriented mental health approach that helps you accept what is out of your control while committing to actions that improve your life.
