Relationships don't come with a manual (but it would be nice if they did!). Together, we'll figure out what's keeping you stuck so you can show up in your relationships the way you want to.
This space is for individuals who want to strengthen relationships with parents, children, siblings, friends or other important people in their lives.
Feel like you're always one step ahead of disaster and your brain won't slow down? Been there. Together, we'll build the tools to quiet the noise.
High school is weird. Classes are hard, relationships are messy, and the pressure to figure it all out now is loud. Let's make space to figure it out.

Strengthening clinical skills and therapeutic approach
I apply a systems framework to therapy, which means considering the broader environments that impact your life, like family, culture, and politics. I also bring attachment, feminist, and social justice perspectives into my practice.
I work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens, which means we focus less on what's "wrong" and more on understanding what's happened and what's already helping you get through.
Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, CBT-I, ACT, DBT, SFBT, and ART. You can read more about a few of these below.

accelerated resolution
therapy
An evidence-based treatment method that uses rapid eye movements to process traumatic memories and reduce distress. Most individuals report improvement in one 60-90 minute session.
acceptance & commitment therapy
An action-oriented approach based on the premise that pain and distress are normal, inevitable parts of being human. Rather than eliminating negative thoughts and feelings, this approach offers tools to move forward in spite of pain.
cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia
A structured, evidence-based treatment to retrain your brain and body to sleep better. It works by targeting the patterns of thought and behavior that get in the way of sleep. Treatment typically takes 6-8 weeks.
